This policy covers Kareem Howard, LLC and Kareem Howard, a licensed Colorado real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty (Gerlock Homes), 600 Grant Street #900, Denver, CO 80203. Information we collect
- What you give us, like your name, email, phone number, and your answers about your home search, such as whether you rent or own and when you want to move.
- Where it comes from, which is the forms on this site, our booking calendar, our website chat, and our Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
- The calls, texts and emails between you and us.
- Website and ad data, like the pages you visit and whether you came from one of our ads.
How we use your information
- To send you what you asked for, like the list of homes.
- To call, text and email you about your request and your home search.
- To set up appointments and remind you about them.
- To send occasional updates about homes that match what you asked about.
- To see which of our ads are working.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to get texts, Kareem Howard, LLC will text you about your request and your home search. You opt in by checking the text consent box on our website chat or booking form, or by agreeing to the text consent language on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to get texts is never a condition of buying anything. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and tracking
Our site and our ad partners, including Meta, use cookies and pixels to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who visited. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
- Companies that help us run the business, like our CRM, texting, email, scheduling and website tools. They can only use it to provide those services to us.
- Our brokerage, Coldwell Banker Realty, as part of our normal work.
- Anyone we're required to share it with by law.
All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which is never shared with any third party. We don't sell your information.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, like limiting who can see it and using services that encrypt it, but no system is perfect.
Your rights and choices
- To stop texts, reply STOP.
- To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children
This site and our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
