SMS Terms and Conditions

The SMS program
Kareem Howard, LLC sends text messages to people who ask us about buying or selling a home in the Denver area. The texts come from Kareem Howard, a licensed Colorado real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty. They include replies to your request, the list of homes you asked for, appointment confirmations and reminders, and occasional updates about homes that match what you asked about.
How you sign up
You sign up when you give us your mobile number and check the text consent box on our website chat or booking calendar, or agree to the text consent language on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms. Agreeing to get texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your request and your home search.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Text STOP to cancel at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You'll get one text confirming you're opted out, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
